𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗠𝗗𝗖) 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 (𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗪𝗠𝗕) 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

Municipal Mayor Esteban “Denon” Madrona, Jr. along with the department heads, barangay captains, SB members, Local Finance Committee, Civil Society Organization Representatives, National Government Agencies (DILG, BFP, PCG, PNP) and Congressman Representative have convened for the Municipal Development Council (MDC) Full Council Meeting.

The concerned representatives/presenters have discussed the following topics:

1. Supplemental AIP No. 3 for CY 2024

2. Other Matters

Municipal Mayor Esteban “Denon” SF Madrona, Jr. have presented the projects that will be covered with the supplemental fund which include the activities for the San Agustin Fiesta, the elevator for the commercial complex and other prioritized projects. After the presentation, the floor was open for questions and feedback. Furthermore, other matters such as additional announcements, issues and concerns were raised and discussed. To conclude the meeting, the approval was moved and seconded by the members of the body.

To maximize the day, the facilitator and attendees have proceeded to the Municipal Ecological Solid Waste Management Board (MESWMB) Meeting to discuss the following:

1. Reactivation and Reorganization of MESWM Board and Monitoring and Enforcing Team

2. Proposed PPAs for Php470,000 (Prize from Provincial Search for Solid Waste Management Best Practices)

3. Other Matters

MPDO/Designated MENRO Concepcion Angela S. Quijano presented the entirety of agenda. After the presentation, other matters were discussed including the upcoming Independence Day program. Afterwards, the meeting was concluded.
