The Sustainable Livelihood Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (Regional and Provincial Office), as the leading capability-building program, envisions a transformed vulnerable and marginalized households and communities through sustainable and resilient livelihoods. The good Vice Governor Armand Gutierrez, Municipal Mayor Esteban “Denon” SF Madrona, Jr., Vice Mayor Norman M. Fatalla, MSWDO Gemma Murchante, and SLP Provincial Coordinator Mr. Gare Gaa gave important messages to the beneficiaries to put the help into good use to start a long-term investment of livelihood. We are all truly grateful for the significant, timely, and relevant programs from the Regional and Provincial Governments.
