The PhilSys Birth Registration Assistance Project (PBRAP) aims to register the birth records and issue ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ต ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ to indigents such as members of marginalized communities, indigenous people, people currently living outside their birth place, and senior citizens. In line with this, the district office coordinated with the Municipal Civil Registrar to conduct the awarding ceremony of SECPA birth certificates for the beneficiaries. The team was led by Registration Officer II Maria Cristina M. Uy from the PSA District Office.
The very supportive Municipal Mayor Esteban โDenonโ SF Madrona, Jr. have stated the importance of appropriate birth registration towards all transactions of a humanโs life. MCR Randy M. Madamo echoed the sentiments of Mayor Denon and ensured everyone that their office is ready to assist the people interested in applying for the PBRAP. Municipal Administrator Johnny S. Jesalva have also joined in the awarding ceremony to show his unwavering support.
