The members of the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) have conducted a successful meeting for the Census-CBMS Coordinating Board for the 2024 census of population and CBMS implementation. The meeting was facilitated by representatives of Philippine Statistics Authority and Municipal CBMS Focal Person, MPDO Concepcion Angela S. Quijano. Furthermore, Municipal Mayor Esteban โDenonโ SF Madrona, Jr. have showed his support thru a lively welcome remark.
The following consist the agenda discussed and presented in the stated activity:
1. Presentation on the 2024 Census of Population and Community-Based Monitoring System (POPCEN-CBMS)
2. Presentation of the Roles and Responsibilities of the Members of the CCBs (per PSA Board Resolution No. 05, Series of 2024 and CBMS Council Resolution No. 02, Series of 2024)
3. Discussion on the Possible Assistance of the CCB Members for the 2024 POPCEN-CBMS Operations
4. Discussion on the 2024 POPCEN-CBMS Barangay Profile Questionnaire Data Collection and Service Facilities and Government Projects and Listing
5. Discussion and Resolution of Boundary Concerns and/or Strategies for Special Areas
